About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems
- Repair or replace defective parts

Requirements
What you’ll need- No degree required for the role overall
- Proficiency with hand and power tools, diagnostics, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to identify issues and find effective solutions
- Attention to detail for inspections and accurate repairs
- Physical ability to perform active, hands-on maintenance work
- Ability to collaborate with teams and document work
- High school diploma or GED required
- Relevant certifications or trade experience are a strong plus but not a barrier to entry
- Ability to work across multiple sites in a geographic market
- Flexibility to work regular shifts, evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts when required
