About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the preparation and submission of periodic regulatory reports and notifications to relevant regulators/authorities
Collect, review, and validate data required for regulatory reporting
Assist with ensuring regulatory reports are accurate, complete, and submitted within required deadlines
Perform checks and reconciliations to identify discrepancies or missing information
Support the preparation of responses to routine regulatory and licensing requests
Keep internal compliance records, trackers, and registers up to date
Compile and analyze required player data
Coordinate investigations of betting integrity matters across relevant teams, including gathering and reviewing information and assisting with responses to regulatory requests
Monitor industry news and changes to regulatory requirements and update relevant records and processes
Support the Regulatory Compliance team with audits, reviews, and other regulatory projects
Work collaboratively with teams across the business
Carry out general administrative and analytical tasks to support the effective operation of the Compliance function
Perform other compliance-related duties as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience in a compliance-focused role within the regulated gambling industry is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work with numerical and data-driven information
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member
Proficiency in Microsoft suite
Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of regulatory requirements
Previous exposure to regulatory reporting or working within a regulated environment is nice to have
General knowledge of the online gambling industry is nice to have
Experience with a sportsbook is an advantage
