About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the payments roadmap in accordance with business requirements
Focus on payment integrations, documenting requirements and working with suppliers and development teams to introduce new payment methods, solutions, and opportunities
Create and roll out operational documentation supporting teams on new payment methods, features, and enhancements
Improve conversion within regular and quick registration products
Conduct discovery activities including prototyping, specifications, and user testing
Manage and guide development and QA teams through release, including demos, user acceptance, and regression testing
Own the user experience of the payments application
Manage and control deposit and cash-out methods, limits, currencies, and related settings via internal reports
Communicate with payment service providers regarding new and existing products
Monitor and improve KPIs related to feature and payment method performance
Coordinate with Account Managers during release cycles before and after release
Report to the Product Manager within the Payments team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in Payments & Risk Product roles within the iGaming industry
Proficiency in creating product requirements and specifications for complex products, features, and tools, utilizing various requirement formats tailored to agile environments
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience promoting them within development teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing abilities
Demonstrated ability to focus on payment integrations, collaborating with suppliers and development teams to introduce new payment methods, solutions, and enhancements
Experience in managing and guiding the development process, including demos, user acceptance, and regression testing, to ensure successful releases
Track record of managing user experience for payment applications and coordinating with payment service providers
Ability to monitor and improve KPIs relevant to feature and payment method performance
Strong organizational skills for coordinating touch points with Account Managers during release cycles
