About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own accountability for Wild's performance and influencer marketing strategy and budget across all markets and channels
  • Own blended CAC, performance ROAS, payback and overall contribution as business-level KPIs
  • Lead and develop the three teams beneath the role; set ambition, hire, coach Leads and integrate the function
  • Steer paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube and emerging channels
  • Maintain standards for account structure, testing rigour and platform excellence
  • Own senior commercial relationships with platform partners
  • Steer influencer strategy end-to-end, including creator and agency relationships, commercial deals and external representation
  • Build a world-class creative operating model for performance and scale high-performing content
  • Steer affiliates and partnerships strategy across markets
  • Champion an AI-first operating model across paid, influencer, affiliates and creative
  • Own the roadmap for incrementality testing, attribution and reporting
  • Connect acquisition decisions to LTV, retention, brand equity and unit economics
  • Act as a senior voice in the marketing leadership team and deputise for the CMO when needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A senior marketing leader (Head of or equivalent) who has run both paid acquisition and influencer/creator functions at meaningful scale, ideally in a fast-growth consumer brand
  • Experience meaningfully leading both paid acquisition and influencer/creator functions
  • Experience managing managers and leading multi-layer teams across paid and creator marketing
  • Strategic depth across paid platforms, including the ability to challenge, coach and course-correct platform leads
  • Track record of managing an influencer function that drives commercial results
  • Experience owning senior creator and agency relationships and negotiating significant commercial deals
  • Commercial fluency connecting paid and influencer decisions to LTV, retention, brand equity and unit economics
  • Experience integrating paid, influencer, affiliate and creative functions
  • Experience building or overseeing an incrementality testing programme and understanding influencer measurement challenges
  • Experience setting an AI adoption bar and embedding AI into team operations
  • Comfortable representing Wild externally with platforms, agencies and the creator ecosystem
