About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the P&L across key distributor accounts and drive growth in Australia, the Nordics, Ireland, and Eastern Europe
  • Lead Wild’s wholesale expansion into new countries and retail channels
  • Make strategic investment decisions and hit top- and bottom-line targets
  • Tailor product ranges by region to drive distributor sell-through
  • Build regional growth plans and long-term market entry strategies
  • Build partnerships with current distributors across personal care categories
  • Use EPOS data, market trends, and competitor intelligence to identify opportunities
  • Manage pricing and promotional strategies and track ROI
  • Identify potential partners and launch channels
  • Standardise onboarding playbooks for new distributors, wholesale partners, and pharmacy chains
  • Expand the pharmacy footprint through market-entry strategies with local wholesalers and distributors
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Product teams
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, track core KPIs, and present monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Report to the International Sales Director based in the London office

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years in account and distributor management within retail or FMCG
  • International retail experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in scaling both distributor networks and wholesale accounts
  • Hands-on experience managing a full retail P&L, negotiating complex commercial terms, and optimising margins
  • Experience working with sales forecasting models, EPOS data, and retail analytics
  • Bilingual capabilities are a strong advantage
