About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage development and implementation of content assets supporting the customer content strategy for Wiley’s Research and Learning portfolio
  • Create articles, white papers, blogs, infographics, videos, and webinars to generate leads, expand audiences, and enhance Wiley’s reputation
  • Maintain and update the centralized content calendar and track asset usage and performance
  • Write, proof, and build content for the Wiley Insights blog
  • Ensure content follows Wiley’s tone of voice and SEO best practices
  • Build and optimize pages in Webflow for stakeholder campaign programs
  • Steward Cloudinary digital asset management and organize campaign assets
  • Populate organic and paid social channels based on audience segments
  • Adapt enterprise brand and content assets for Research Marketing and Learning audiences
  • Coordinate subject- and region-specific promotion and translation for China communication channels
  • Develop content briefs in Workfront for the creative team
  • Collaborate with marketing managers and third-party vendors on webinars, podcasts, and videos
  • Translate product messaging, positioning, and value propositions into content for product launches
  • Create narratives based on Customer Insights findings and competitive opportunities
  • Support author email campaigns, paid social, paid search, and society resources
  • Produce regular content marketing activity reports with the Data and Analytics Team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proactive, self-starter able to evaluate high-leverage content opportunities
  • Excellent written copywriting and copy-editing skills
  • Experience using CMS platforms to build engaging, optimized landing pages and web articles
  • Ability to interpret and produce basic web analytics reports
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and changing requirements
  • Ability to keep objectives and targets in mind when developing content strategies and activities
  • At least 1–2 years of marketing experience
  • Experience with multi-channel and integrated marketing
  • Understanding of generating demand through content marketing and delivering content marketing strategies desirable
  • Experience producing blogs, webinars, infographics, and videos
  • Experience managing content calendars or schedules
  • Understanding of Open Science/Research and the publishing and research landscape desirable but not essential
  • Reliable team player able to engage customers through content marketing
  • Resume/CV required when applying
