About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive adoption of Wiley digital solutions by demonstrating the value of digital courseware
  • Grow renewable revenue and platform usage by increasing courses incorporating digital solutions into grading
  • Deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to faculty, departments, and decision-making committees in person and virtually
  • Build, manage, and advance a sales pipeline while tracking opportunities and account activity in Salesforce
  • Identify growth opportunities through strategic account planning, territory analysis, and land-and-expand initiatives
  • Travel locally 40–60% per week during selling season
  • Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support for digital solutions, including LMS/LTI integrations and customer adoption
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, product teams, and marketing teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required with an interest in Higher Education
  • Prior sales experience
  • Strong drive, curiosity, and motivation to build a career in educational technology and sales
  • Passion for helping faculty and students achieve better outcomes through digital learning solutions
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with ability to navigate complex sales environments and multiple stakeholders
  • Based in the Greater Toronto Area, west side preferred
  • Valid G driver’s license
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Previous experience in education preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM preferred
