Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the store opening, launch, and day-to-day operations
Embody the brand’s values of proximity, creativity, and accessibility
Oversee the store’s operational and commercial management
Onboard and train employees, particularly Sales Advisors
Supervise the organization of daily in-store operations
Manage relationships with suppliers
Optimize merchandise replenishment
Maintain rigorous inventory management to minimize stockouts and losses
Analyze performance indicators and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Develop and retain the customer base
Deliver exemplary customer service
Assist customers and team members with lifting heavy loads and assembling furniture

What you’ll need

At least two years of proven experience managing retail stores
Strong leadership skills and the ability to unite a team around a shared vision
A strong commitment to listening, energy, kindness, and hard work
Passion for retail and customer service
Interest in furniture and home décor
Dynamic and committed approach
Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on field execution
Good physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy loads and assemble furniture
