About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help prioritize and select stores for replacement surveys using equipment age, service costs, energy rates, available rebates, and client-specific priorities
Coordinate physical site surveys with subcontractors for remote assessment and prioritization of existing equipment
Work with multiple HVAC manufacturers to specify and obtain quotes for replacement equipment
Balance operating cost, equipment weight, and building-specific installation challenges
Manage budget submittal, consent, and project awards after approval
Communicate and manage technical and operational project constraints
Coordinate with clients and subcontractors to complete HVAC replacement installations
Review installation documentation to ensure high-quality work
Provide clear close-out paperwork

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience with financial tracking
Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and installation practices
Understanding of HVAC systems and contracting practices
Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work effectively individually and in a team environment
