About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage contracts and secure vendors for exhibition booths
  • Plan event logistics, including transportation and setup
  • Coordinate event activities
  • Collaborate with business teams to promote events, encourage attendance, and track performance
  • Develop objectives and strategies for internal and external company, customer, and marketing events

  • Organize facility requirements, contacts, mailing lists, attendee tracking, registration, schedules, and event personnel assignments
  • Coordinate facility, exhibit setup, equipment, and catering requirements
  • Research potential event locations and evaluate alternatives
  • Provide input on key issues impacting the function

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 years of experience as an Event Manager
  • Deep knowledge in area of accountability and broad knowledge of related functions
  • Ability to make recommendations to business strategy and develop operational plans
  • Ability to determine best course of action to meet schedules and resolve problems
  • Ability to adapt traditional approaches to enhance quality or value
  • Ability to assess risk and compliance across area of accountability
  • Ability to analyze diverse issues and data across varied factors, including current business trends
