About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with recruiters, hiring teams and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and candidate attraction challenges across two or three accounts
- Help shape simple, effective recruitment marketing ideas supporting live hiring priorities
- Support content, campaign and communications activity across social media, email, talent communities, job advertising and hiring events
- Ensure candidate-facing messages are clear, engaging and aligned to the employer brand
- Coordinate activity, keep stakeholders updated and help move projects forward with support from the wider team
- Review campaign or attraction activity to understand what is working and where improvements can be made
- Support the Talent Attraction Media team during a 4–5 month maternity cover
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence managing stakeholders, asking good questions and keeping people updated
- Good organization and the ability to manage several moving parts at once
- An interest in recruitment marketing, employer branding, candidate attraction or creative sourcing ideas
- Some understanding of how to engage candidates and make opportunities stand out
- A proactive, curious and collaborative approach
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, marketing, communications or client/stakeholder support would be helpful, but full recruitment marketing experience is not essential
- Ability to work NAM account hours
