About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with the Recruiting Team to support the recruitment process and supplement other full life cycle recruitment activities
  • Coordinate and schedule candidates for assessments, interviews, onsite visits, and other selection process activities
  • Own pre-employment processing and ensure proper completion of paperwork
  • Prepare offer letters and facilitate background and reference checks
  • Maintain candidate files and documentation for compliance
  • Lead auxiliary postings for the internal recruitment team and collaborate on open requisition requirements
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and coordinate schedules and meetings
  • Generate daily reports on candidate and recruiter activity
  • Track candidate activity and disposition candidates in applicant tracking systems
  • Perform general office duties, including answering candidate/recruiter queries, filing, copying, and data entry

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Shown customer service mentality with a "can do" attitude
  • 1-2 years office administration experience preferably in an HR or staffing capacity
  • Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Deep understanding and dedication to the requirements of confidentiality
  • Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
