About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute effective and innovative sourcing strategies to identify exceptional talent
- Conduct complex internet searches using search engines, social media, direct/cold calls, networks, directories, recruitment tools, and databases
- Network and build candidate pools for positions and locations
- Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates against client position requirements and organizational culture fit
- Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction
- Update and maintain applicant tracking system data and reports
- Participate in special projects as assigned
- Support Wilson's recruitment and client delivery teams
- Work with clients and recruiters to find, identify, and present talent for various roles and experience levels
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Creative candidate sourcing and networking skills
- Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, metrics- and deadline-driven environment
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly performance expectations and goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and demonstrate flexibility when direction or priorities shift
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Familiarity with social media
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Suite programs
