About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own a named Intelligence Community account set across the full lifecycle
- Map accounts, discover mission sets, develop champions, validate technical needs, shape procurement strategy, secure awards, and expand accounts
- Sell to SES/SIS civilians, flag and general officers, directorate and mission-center chiefs, CTOs, CDOs, and program executives
- Translate workflow gaps for targeters, all-source analysts, collection managers, and program managers into deployed capability
- Architect procurement paths using IDIQs, OTAs, GSA, SBIR/CSO on-ramps, sole-source justifications, and contractor/SI teaming
- Identify, vet, and manage primes, systems integrators, and cleared resellers
- Apply MEDDPICC-disciplined qualification and maintain forecast integrity
- Surface customer requirements to shape the product roadmap
- Travel approximately 30%, primarily to the National Capital Region, COCOM headquarters, and customer sites
- Report to the VP, Federal Sales
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active TS/SCI clearance required
- CI or FS poly strongly preferred
- 5+ years selling software or analytics into the Intelligence Community
- Closed deals that can be discussed at an unclassified level
- Full-cycle federal sales experience, including navigating the contracting shop
- Command of federal procurement mechanics, including contract vehicles, color of money, POM cycles, ATO and accreditation timelines
- Proven executive-level selling experience with SES, flag officer, or mission-center director customers
- Credible technical range in data fusion, model outputs, false positives, and integration architecture
- Track record of expanding an account from a single foothold into multi-directorate adoption
- Prior service or experience in maritime, targeting, MASINT/GEOINT, all-source, or as a government customer of commercial analytics is a strong signal
- Experience with FOCI and supply-chain provenance is advantageous
- Fluency with MEDDPICC or equivalent qualification discipline
- Comfort working in a company where U.S. federal business and processes are still being built
