About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Edit and enhance property photography for professional and consistent residential listings
Prepare and refine drone imagery, including location pins, site highlights, and directional markers
Optimise property images for websites, portals, social media, and digital advertising
Apply brand guidelines across property marketing materials
Resize, crop, and format images for different platforms and placements
Assist with layouts for listing graphics, social tiles, and digital brochures
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on listing requirements and priorities
Maintain organised folders and asset libraries
Ensure accuracy of property boundaries, location markers, and visual presentation
Manage multiple property listings and design requests within required timeframes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva
Strong experience editing property photography and digital images
Experience working with drone imagery, including adding location pins, overlays, and annotations
Understanding of image optimisation for real estate portals, websites, and social media
Strong attention to detail, composition, and visual consistency
Ability to accurately follow and apply brand guidelines
Excellent time management and ability to meet tight listing deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with onshore team members
Ability to manage multiple listings and competing priorities efficiently
Self-provided USB headset with noise cancellation
Working webcam
Computer with at least 1.5 GHz processor and at least 8GB RAM
Main internet service of at least 50 Mbps cable connection
Backup internet service of at least 25 Mbps
Dual monitor
BIR registration and required government contributions
