About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the frontline field operator driving execution across a portfolio of franchised Wingstop restaurants
Act as the primary business partner to Brand Partners
Monitor Same Store Sales, guest experience metrics, and operational KPIs
Identify performance gaps and implement structured improvement plans
Establish weekly performance check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Drive follow-through on commitments and ensure accountability
Maintain visibility into restaurant performance
Ensure execution of brand standards for speed, accuracy, hospitality, and food quality
Reinforce compliance with franchise agreements and operational expectations
Drive adoption of loyalty programs, SmartKitchen, and training platforms
Protect the brand across food safety, operations, and guest experience
Build trust-based relationships with Brand Partners and influence performance through operational expertise
Deliver actionable feedback and hold partners accountable
Escalate performance or compliance issues when necessary
Partner with Development, Marketing, Training, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology teams
Support new restaurant openings and operational readiness
Provide field-based insights for enterprise decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need

4–7 years of multi-unit restaurant operations experience, preferably in a franchise environment
Strong operational expertise with the ability to diagnose and resolve performance issues
Financial acumen with ability to interpret restaurant-level metrics and trends
Proven ability to influence without direct authority
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region
Although this role is remote, we do need this candidate to sit in Miami
