About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage end-to-end Winnow implementation with clients, planning and reprioritising work to keep rollouts on track
Train multidisciplinary kitchen teams to use Winnow in person and remotely
Understand client situations and needs and tailor appropriate solutions
Identify delivery obstacles early and escalate them with proposed solutions
Build strong client relationships and secure engagement with Winnow
Take a consultative approach to help clients use Winnow to reduce food waste
Adapt communication style for stakeholders ranging from kitchen teams to senior decision-makers
Keep internal stakeholders updated on account progress, risks and changes
Analyse client reports and track KPIs with clients and senior Winnow colleagues
Troubleshoot performance issues and recommend and implement changes to maintain the business case
Use AI tools for reporting, account research and productivity
Collaborate across regions and support technology and customer support teams with client enquiries
Improve internal processes and reflect on account outcomes to continuously improve

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree educated or equivalent professional experience
Experience in client success, delivery, project management, account management or consultancy, ideally in a multinational organisation
Experience in the hospitality industry
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Advanced Excel skills
Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Google Workspace
Comfortable using data to track client success
Experience implementing technology or SaaS solutions with clients (nice to have)
Arabic language skills (nice to have)
Ability to manage work independently, plan ahead and reprioritise
Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver high-quality service
Ability to communicate clearly with people at all levels and adapt communication style
Ability to build strong client and colleague partnerships
Willingness to question the status quo and suggest process improvements
Transparency and integrity
Willingness to seek feedback and reflect on outcomes
Curiosity about AI-powered tools and comfort using them effectively
