About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support communication and partnership initiatives by managing contact lists, logging outreach activity, tracking responses, and maintaining organized records
  • Coordinate email outreach and follow-ups for partnerships, sponsorships, and campaigns

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years experience in communications, partnerships, marketing, or administrative support roles
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain detailed records, and organize information effectively
  • Ability to problem-solve and take action on lower-level decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) or similar productivity tools
  • Proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
  • Access to a personal computer with a stable internet connection capable of running required tools and applications
  • Availability to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time, with some flexibility
