About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide daily administrative support to management and internal departments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities, manage deadlines, and work independently
  • Strong problem solving skills and a professional approach to communication
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Familiarity with digital communication platforms and electronic document management systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Reliable internet access and the ability to perform assigned responsibilities in a remote setting
