About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze and quantify all decisions affecting Withings’ revenue
  • Frame the key issues and opportunities related to growth initiatives, including partnerships, promotions, customer acquisition, and product launches
  • Model the impact of decisions and measure their results
  • Quantify the business impact of launches, pricing decisions, partnerships, and channel trade-offs
  • Support prioritization of the product and services roadmap through business cases
  • Conduct post-mortems of commercial and promotional initiatives
  • Measure the ROI of marketing activities, notably through Marketing Mix Modeling
  • Design the team’s management tools, including dashboards and decision-making models
  • Analyze price and promotional elasticities by product and channel
  • Segment the customer base by lifetime value and product usage
  • Source data, including through web scraping, such as customer reviews and competitor prices
  • Inform and guide Sales and Marketing teams’ action plans

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree (e.g., from a leading business school, leading engineering school, Institute of Political Studies, or equivalent program)
  • At least some initial experience in business analysis or consulting, including a final-year internship or gap-year placement
  • Ability to structure a problem-solving approach from a broad business question: formulate hypotheses, identify the analyses that will answer the question, and know when to stop investigating
  • Advanced Excel skills and autonomy in SQL; Python or R is a plus
  • Demonstrated use of AI in a professional work environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present recommendations clearly
  • Experience presenting analyses and defending strategic positions before an executive committee is highly valued
  • Curiosity about the product and industry
  • Proactivity and initiative
  • Fluent French
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Experience in a consulting firm is particularly valued
