Lead, mentor, and manage a team of DevOps, SecOps, MLOps, and IT engineers
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment
Design and participate in implementing highly scalable, multi-cloud enterprise microservice infrastructure
Oversee automation of infrastructure deployment and management
Ensure reliability and performance of enterprise production environments
Deploy development services and integrate them with enterprise security infrastructure
Help ensure successful customer deployments
Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP, and other platforms
Manage the operational cost model
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
Ensure security and compliance standards across systems, focusing on AI security solutions
Enable developer productivity
Plan, coordinate, and execute DevOps sprints and initiatives
Work with stakeholders to align DevOps goals with business objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong technical background and leadership skills
Proficiency in scripting languages / shell
Coding helpful / solid debugging skills essential
Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration, such as Kubernetes and Docker, in cloud environments
Familiarity with observability patterns, monitoring and logging tools
