About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the strategic, operational, and managerial authority driving the Google Cloud Security product line and the integration of Wiz.
  • Ensure synergy between teams and broad alignment around shared goals of the unified organization.
  • Manage cross-functional operations and implement Wiz integration frameworks.
  • Set organizational policies and oversee finance and headcount allocations.
  • Handle strategic vendor management and craft executive communications.
  • Lead global event portfolios, including leadership summits, executive visits, international delegations, offsites, and ecosystem events.
  • Coordinate Google Cloud Security product and Wiz Defend activities, including market expansion and partnerships.
  • Work directly with senior leadership to design and achieve core business goals and report them broadly within the company.
  • Direct functional governance and operational frameworks for Google Cloud Security products.
  • Allocate, forecast, and approve project budgets, travel and entertainment, and event spending.
  • Lead vendor spend creation and approval using Google finance systems including Buying Hub, Concur, Sphinx, Legal, and Finance.
  • Align operational initiatives across Engineering, Product, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and People Operations.
  • Serve as proxy for the Head of Cyber Defence Strategy, exercising decision-making authority and resolving escalations.
  • Formulate and execute executive communications, strategic narratives, briefing materials, and presentations.
  • Set and execute plans for AI technology implementation, adoption targets, user training, results reporting, business value, and ROI.
  • Direct end-to-end strategy, content, logistics, and execution for major events and delegations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy consulting, chief of staff, or program management in a high-growth technology or cloud organization.
  • Experience managing executive-level communications, operational frameworks (e.g., OKRs), and complex stakeholder alignment across technical and business functions.
  • Experience managing operational budgets, vendor procurement, and resource planning.
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without the need for visa sponsorship.
  • Preferred: Master's degree, MBA, or advanced technical degree.
  • Preferred: Experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS, including post-merger integration (M&A) or joint business initiatives.
  • Preferred: Demonstrated ability to operationalize and drive adoption of AI/ML tools to boost organizational velocity.
  • Preferred: Proven track record of navigating ambiguity and influencing cross-functional leaders without formal authority.
  • Preferred: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with extensive experience presenting to C-level executives.
