About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Respond to government and national broker customer inquiries by telephone, email, and mail
  • Address contract terms and conditions, pricing concerns, modifications, new orders, and pickups
  • Route and review government bids and contracts and assist with paperwork and follow-up
  • Maintain customer contracts and ensure additions and changes are current in the billing system
  • Coordinate pricing updates with the Corporate Accounts Manager and Contract Admin
  • Prepare and distribute invoices and collections for assigned customers
  • Contact customers regarding outstanding balances
  • Follow up with customers to ensure needs are addressed promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain pricing for assigned and new Corporate Accounts
  • Implement Corporate Agreements consistent with WMHS financial objectives
  • Update customer information, coordinate price adjustments and contract renewals, and track notices of change
  • Upload contract data to a public drive when necessary
  • Provide management feedback on service efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support special customer-service and business projects
  • Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or the equivalent in related work experience demonstrating excellent customer service and phone skills
  • 3 years of work experience, preferably in a customer service environment, or the equivalent in related work experience
  • Ability to respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and mail
  • Knowledge of contract terms and conditions, pricing, orders, pickups, billing, and payments
  • Ability to route and review government bids and contracts
  • Ability to maintain customer contracts and billing-system data
  • Ability to work with pricing updates, invoices, collections, contract renewals, and customer information
  • REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative required or willingness to obtain one if needed for business air travel or federal property access
