About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the organization through consistent, timely, and accurate execution of data projects
- Lead complex Customer Hierarchy projects by gathering and integrating large volumes of data from multiple sources
- Analyze data, interpret results, and develop actionable insights and recommendations for correct Customer Hierarchy structures
- Maintain, analyze, and resolve data initiative issues and execute revisions according to internal and customer requirements and published data standards
- Receive, organize, and execute data projects
- Pull and compare reports from CRM and other systems
- Interpret data for business partners, identify and raise technical/system issues, and communicate results and progress to partners
- Execute pre-billing data correction requests accurately within targeted SLAs
- Manage large pricing reconciliation projects to align system values with executed contract values
- Support key data controls to identify and remedy inaccurate system data and prevent customer and organizational impact
- Work with business leaders on improvement opportunities through data project root cause analysis and project creation to remove contributing defects affecting data stability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in business or communication or the equivalent in related work experience
- 4 years data analysis experience
- Ability to gather and integrate large volumes of data from multiple sources
- Ability to perform in-depth data analysis, interpret results, and develop actionable insights and recommendations
- Ability to pull and compare reports from CRM and other systems
- Ability to identify and raise technical/system issues
- Ability to execute pre-billing data corrections accurately within targeted SLAs
- Ability to manage pricing reconciliation projects using system extracts and business knowledge
- Ability to perform root cause analysis
- REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative required, or willingness to obtain one
