About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as subject matter expert for assigned functions
- Prepare reports on data summaries, changes, and trends for management
- Provide assessments and recommendations to management
- Resolve issues arising from internal department functions and customer inquiries
- Track issues through resolution within the department and with partner groups
- Monitor workflow to ensure timely completion of projects and daily work requirements
- Assist with special projects and cross-functional teams
- Monitor department processes and workflow for accuracy and quality
- Determine areas of risk as new or changed processes are implemented
- Recommend changes, updates, and processes for continuous improvement
- Evaluate training methods and materials and recommend improvements
- Review and create training as needed
- Provide training and support to less experienced department members and internal and external customers
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Business Administration related or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience
- 5 years of relevant work experience in addition to the education requirement
- Subject matter expertise in assigned functions
- Ability to prepare data summary, change, and trend reports
- Ability to assess issues and provide recommendations to management
- Ability to monitor workflow, process accuracy, data quality, and work output
- Ability to identify process risks and recommend continuous improvements
- Ability to evaluate and create training materials
- Ability to provide training and support to less experienced staff and customers
- Standard office equipment proficiency
- Must have, or be willing to obtain, a REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative if required for business air travel or federal property access
