About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Champion continuity of WM Way processes across the Area
- Support mindset and coaching development at the Site
- Train Operation, Fleet, Dispatch Leaders, and other department groups
- Work with management and team leaders to contribute strategic vision and develop business solutions
- Provide expertise in business processes and systems analysis
- Work with internal and external customers, suppliers, and partners to resolve problems and improve solutions
- Test, refine, and institutionalize business solutions
- Drive projects and the organization toward achieving business results
- Provide direction, training, and guidance to less experienced staff
- Coach, mentor, and demonstrate leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree (accredited)
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience
- Valid Driver's License upon hire
- 2 years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement) — preferred
- Background in Leadership, Training, or Business Process Optimization (BPO)
