About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate classroom learning, courseware, practice activities, and training programs for new and existing offerings
- Prepare learning events, classroom setups, communications, evaluations, recaps, pre-work, materials, LMS requirements, and room breakdowns
- Select learning modes and instructional strategies to maximize trainee engagement and on-the-job performance
- Manage classroom behavior, respond to unexpected issues, and keep trainees focused
- Assess participant needs, identify performance gaps and root causes, and suggest training-based solutions
- Observe, evaluate, and coach learners after training
- Evaluate and coach trainers under manager guidance using performance and post-course feedback
- Mentor team members and support company objectives
- Review and edit training curricula and materials
- Assist with training-material development
- Participate in planning strategic training initiatives and identify training needs with managers and clients
- Manage assigned tasks and projects
- Generate training reports and analyze training metrics to identify program impact, adoption, and business correlations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or Education OR High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four years of relevant experience
- 5 years of relevant work experience delivering and facilitating training programs (in addition to education requirement)
- 5 years of experience with learning management systems and creating reports
- Ability to facilitate classroom learning, evaluate participant performance, and coach learners
- Experience using instructional materials, assessments, activities, instructional strategies, and classroom management techniques
- Experience conducting needs assessments and identifying root causes of performance problems
- Project management aptitude and ability to work independently
- Ability to prepare training communications, reports, and training-related metrics insights
