About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, execute, and maintain a multi-year high-potential leadership development strategy and roadmap
  • Design, implement, and continuously evolve high-potential leadership development programs, acceleration experiences, and talent interventions
  • Analyze leadership readiness, succession pipelines, promotion trends, and capability gaps
  • Translate talent review insights, succession planning outcomes, and business strategy into targeted program strategies and solutions
  • Communicate program strategy, priorities, outcomes, and roadmaps to stakeholders
  • Manage program design, development, success metrics, vendor relationships, and budget
  • Partner with Talent Management and HR leaders to integrate programming with succession planning, talent review, and enterprise talent strategies
  • Serve as lead facilitator for critical components of enterprise high-potential programs
  • Provide leadership coaching, mentoring, and guidance to cohort participants
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to launch and promote leadership development programs
  • Apply adult learning and learner experience design principles to establish participant experiences and development journeys
  • Evaluate and report program effectiveness and impact to senior leadership
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Accredited Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Behavior, Organizational Communication, or similar area of study, or High School Diploma and 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • 7 years of previous experience supporting the development of leaders through programmatic delivery and coaching, in addition to the education requirement
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders
  • Compelling and engaging delivery platform skills
  • Ability to engage trainees in discussions during training workshops/sessions or one-on-one conversations
  • Strategic and systems thinking skills
  • Strong listening, coaching, and feedback skills
  • Ability to encourage commitment to action and development of personal growth
  • Ability to manage group dynamics and multiple teams simultaneously
  • Ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word Suite and Teams platform
  • Must have, or be willing to obtain, a REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative if required for air travel or federal property access
