About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support invoice reconciliation
Assist Sourcing Managers with category strategy development and improvement
Analyze and summarize overall spend data
Participate in project scoping discussions with stakeholders
Assist with requirement gathering before project scoping
Support RFQ activities
Send and analyze stakeholder survey results for Supplier Business Reviews
Work closely with vendors to support or resolve inquiries

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
Minimum 4-5 years of work experience in procurement, sourcing, operations, or supply chain
Consulting or client service delivery experience a plus
Experience in categories including Professional Services, Construction, IT infrastructure, Data Center, Connectivity, or Technology NPI
Deep understanding of the procurement-to-pay cycle
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work with data in Excel using pivot tables and other key Excel functions
Ability to work with various technology platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated teamwork and team leadership capabilities
Excellent project management skills, including project planning, time management, multitasking, and critical path definition
Strong customer service orientation, issue resolution, and relationship management skills
Ability to learn and master client-specific processes, terminology, political environments, systems, and unique requirements
Solid decision-making ability using available facts in sensitive client situations
Analytical and self-driven
