About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the acquisition, verification, and maintenance of clinical drug information for embedded and referential domestic and international content
- Perform pharmaceutical surveillance, content intake, and editorial processing using proprietary systems and workflow tools
- Evaluate source materials, identify discrepancies, and determine appropriate content updates
- Research, acquire, and perform surveillance of pharmaceutical product information and associated source materials
- Enter, verify, format, and edit drug-related data in editorial and proprietary systems
- Submit work for peer review and incorporate feedback
- Triage and prioritize pharmaceutical information, track translation needs and costs, and prepare materials for downstream editorial or clinical use
- Manage assigned workload to meet deadlines, productivity expectations, and quality targets
- Utilize document management systems, workflow tools, and internal platforms
- Identify issues and develop solutions to improve tools, processes, or data handling
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fully certified pharmacy technician with 10+ years’ experience
- Familiarity with electronic medical records
- Foundational knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and clinical decision support (preferred)
- Strong organizational and tracking skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills with ability to identify and resolve operational issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, etc.)
