About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with senior product, engineering, design and business leaders to identify high-impact opportunities and connect product decisions to customer and business outcomes
  • Define, pilot and scale Wolters Kluwer's Agentic PDLC and broader AI-enabled product development capabilities
  • Lead lighthouse engagements across product strategy, discovery, experimentation, delivery, launch and measurement
  • Embed with cross-functional teams to diagnose barriers, build trust and translate insight into practical change
  • Coach product leaders and improve operating models, portfolio practices, governance and metrics
  • Turn effective practices into repeatable tools, learning experiences and standards for enterprise adoption
  • Establish success measures, demonstrate impact and use evidence to guide broader rollout
  • Report to the Senior Vice President, Product Strategy & Transformation
  • Travel approximately 35% to work directly with teams and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of hands-on Product Management and/or Product Leadership experience in B2B software, SaaS or technology companies
  • Ownership of strategy and outcomes for a substantial product, platform or portfolio, from customer discovery through delivery and measurement
  • Track record of leading cross-functional product, engineering and design teams to meaningful customer and business outcomes
  • Strong product craft across discovery, strategy, experimentation, prioritization, roadmaps, launch and measurement
  • Recent hands-on experience building AI-enabled or agentic products, transforming product development workflows through AI, or both
  • Ability to enter unfamiliar contexts, diagnose root causes, build trust and translate insight into action
  • Proven influence on product direction, operating models or organizational effectiveness beyond a single team, without relying on formal authority
  • Strong analytical, communication, storytelling and facilitation skills, with the judgment to simplify complexity and align senior leaders
  • Approximately 35% travel
  • Preferred: experience leading product transformation, operating-model change or organizational scaling initiatives
  • Preferred: coaching product leaders and strengthening product management practices
  • Preferred: working across multiple businesses, portfolios or complex matrixed organizations
  • Preferred: scaling reusable capabilities such as playbooks, metrics, communities of practice or leadership-development programs
