  • Lead go-to-market strategies and product launches
  • Coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns, and strategic programs
  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated cross-channel marketing campaigns
  • Drive lead generation, demand creation, and customer engagement programs
  • Establish and track KPIs, campaign metrics, and ROI measurements
  • Develop sales enablement tools, playbooks, battle cards, competitive comparisons, presentations, and product information documents
  • Deliver product training and equip sales and partner organizations with current intelligence
  • Gather customer insights through visits, events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences
  • Oversee the customer journey from positioning through purchase and ongoing engagement
  • Drive thought leadership through white papers, articles, blogs, case studies, presentations, and speaking engagements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of product marketing, portfolio marketing, or strategic marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare or higher education sectors
  • Higher Education Marketing Experience is Required
  • Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies and product launches
  • Strong understanding of market research, competitive intelligence, positioning, and customer segmentation
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving product management, sales, and marketing teams
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data and insights into actionable business recommendations
  • Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience developing sales enablement programs and customer-facing content
  • Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 35% of the time
  • Flexibility to attend meetings and events outside of traditional business hours as required
