About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactively identify and prioritize pharmacy productivity accounts within a defined territory based on risk, growth potential, strategic value, and renewal timeframe
  • Monitor adoption rates and advise customers on improving application ROI
  • Collaborate with marketing, support, and training teams to communicate effectively with customers
  • Develop expertise in Wolters Kluwer pharmacy productivity products and complementary offerings
  • Gather and create product implementation and usage best practices for customer content, conversations, and presentations
  • Liaise between product management and customers; understand the product roadmap and escalate critical issues
  • Facilitate transitions after new implementations or re-implementation
  • Maintain current assigned-customer information in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with Sales on new business opportunities across the territory
  • Maintain reference information on pharmacy productivity accounts
  • Own Red Accounts and ensure corrective action steps are completed and resolved
  • Research and lock down renewals involving price increases and negotiate the renewal process
  • Assist Implementation teams with issues during Standard-account implementations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma required or equivalent
  • BA/BS preferred
  • Minimum of 4 year's experience in a customer facing position that required a mix of proactive and reactive account management or interaction
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with industry based software applications
  • Experience working with senior executive level personnel
  • Proven time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Up to 5% travel may be required (occasional site visits and tradeshows)
  • Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process
