About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and implement clinical programs for external customers and internal teams
  • Drive adoption and optimal utilization of Sentri7 Pharmacy and Drug Diversion Pharmacy Surveillance solutions
  • Facilitate customer adoption and usage, advising on workflow and practice model adjustments
  • Implement policies and procedures based on clinical evidence, practice guidelines, regulations, and professional practices
  • Support sales and customer success teams by demonstrating product functionality, benefits, and workflow integration
  • Create and update clinical and operational content in solutions
  • Build professional relationships with pharmacy customers during and after implementations
  • Contribute pharmacy thought leadership through webinars, blogs, professional meeting presentations, and scientific publications
  • Collaborate with product development on feature enhancements, user acceptability testing, customer-facing pilots, testing, and market research
  • Develop training materials supporting solution updates and changes
  • Manage sensitive protected health information in a HIPAA-compliant environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduate of an ACPE accredited college of pharmacy
  • Current license to practice Pharmacy within the United States
  • At least 3 years of experience leading pharmacy practice
  • Expertise in pharmacy operations and leadership, particularly in clinical pharmacy, drug diversion, and reimbursement/finance
  • Successful preparation for Joint Commission or DNV surveys, Department of Health, Board of Pharmacy, and other applicable regulatory agency inspections
  • Experience drafting and implementing process improvement plans based on Recommendations for Improvements (RFIs) or other relevant regulatory findings
  • Experience designing processes and documentation to demonstrate compliance with pharmacy best practices and regulations
  • Well versed in demonstrating the value of pharmacy services
  • Ability to communicate clearly, written and verbal, with clinical and non-clinical audiences
  • Approximately 40% travel may be required
  • Board certification in relevant pharmacy specialty preferred
