About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with hiring managers across countries to understand business needs, position requirements, and candidate profiles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, operational, and leadership positions in the United States and international markets
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, agencies, universities, and other talent channels
- Identify and engage qualified candidates, including passive talent
- Conduct screening interviews, evaluate candidates, and present recommendations to hiring managers
- Manage confidential and business-critical searches
- Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent candidate communication
- Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process and provide market insights
- Support reference checks, background screenings, employment eligibility procedures, and other pre-employment requirements
- Maintain accurate information in applicant tracking and recruitment systems
- Support employee and contractor onboarding by entering required information into HR systems
- Build relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and talent communities, particularly in the United States and Latin America
- Track recruiting activity and provide updates, metrics, and insights to HR and business leaders
- Ensure hires follow authorization, selection, and documentation processes
- Use AI, automation, and technology to improve recruiting efficiency
- Contribute to employer-branding initiatives, career events, and talent-pipeline projects
- Stay current on recruiting trends, sourcing practices, technology, and employment requirements
- Collaborate with colleagues across countries and time zones, with occasional flexibility for U.S. Eastern, Central, or Pacific time-zone meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
- At least five years of combined experience in recruitment, HR, or related business-support roles
- At least three years of experience managing corporate or in-house recruitment
- Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience, from hiring-manager intake through selection and onboarding
- Experience recruiting for positions based in the United States is required
- Experience supporting other international markets is strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment eligibility requirements and appropriate recruiting practices
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and recruitment reporting tools
- Confidence sourcing and approaching passive candidates
- Professional fluency in English, including interviewing candidates and leading meetings with hiring managers
- Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Excellent judgment, attention to detail, follow-through, and respect for confidential information
- Proactive, results-oriented approach and maturity to work independently in a remote, global environment
- Confidence communicating with professionals and leaders from different functions, countries, and cultures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
- Practical experience using AI and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or automation platforms
