About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run long-term client programs across Experience Intelligence and Operational Intelligence rather than point solutions
- Lead discovery across customer experience, marketing operations, forecasting, and inventory areas
- Benchmark business performance and identify opportunities before clients formally request them
- Build business cases covering expected business impact, delivery cost, and measurement approach
- Write precise specifications for specialist engineers and analysts
- Direct delivery across concurrent projects
- Drive adoption after systems launch
- Serve as primary point of contact for accounts and run them independently
- Lead executive client conversations and maintain client relationships
- Identify expansion opportunities and move engagements into additional business areas
- Own the relationship, discovery, business case, delivery direction, and resulting business outcome
Requirements
What you’ll need- Startup experience, including building or operating in a startup environment
- Experience owning a United States client relationship entirely remotely
- Client-facing experience and maturity to lead executive conversations
- Deep AI-native experience with AI-enabled tools, products, or workflows actually built
- Ability to demo and explain an Applied AI case study project
- Technical and analytical fluency with agent systems, data connections, backend architectures, APIs, and implementation tradeoffs
- SQL/Python experience is valuable
- Ability to read a P&L, explain how a Shopify or e-commerce business makes money, and build financial models
- GitHub/work samples required
