About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run long-term client programs across Experience Intelligence and Operational Intelligence areas
- Lead discovery across customer experience, marketing operations, forecasting, and inventory
- Benchmark client business performance and identify opportunities
- Build the business case for scoped work, including expected impact, delivery cost, and measurement
- Write precise specifications for engineers and analysts
- Direct delivery across concurrent projects
- Drive adoption after systems launch
- Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts
- Run accounts independently and involve the AI Practices Lead for notable conversations or key decisions
- Develop client relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and remain accountable for business outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Startup experience, either built or operated
- Experience owning a United States client relationship entirely remotely
- Client-facing experience and maturity to lead executive conversations
- Deeply AI-native experience with AI-enabled tools, products, or workflows actually built
- Ability to demo and explain an Applied AI case study project
- Technical and analytical fluency with agent systems, data connections, backend architectures, APIs, and implementation tradeoffs
- SQL/Python experience is valuable
- Ability to read a P&L
- Understanding of how Shopify or e-commerce businesses make money
- Ability to build financial models
- GitHub Profile required
- English proficiency is required on the application form
