About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Embed deeply with customers to understand their processes and systems and identify important problems to solve
Lead discovery with enterprise customers to understand workflows, constraints, and success criteria
Define scope, success metrics, and integration plans for pilots and rollouts
Translate customer needs into clear deployment plans for engineering teams
Coordinate deployments across Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders
Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers throughout deployments
Support production launches and ensure solutions are adopted and working as intended
Monitor deployed agents and drive follow-up improvements based on real usage
Identify additional use cases and expansion opportunities with customers
Spend time onsite with customers to work through constraints, answer difficult questions, and ensure solutions deliver value

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in deployment-focused, technical, or execution-oriented roles
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn them into concrete plans
Comfort with APIs, MCP, data flows, and system integrations
Clear communication and strong stakeholder management skills
High ownership mindset and bias toward action
Interest in building and deploying AI-powered systems in real environments
German language proficiency at least C1 level
Legal authorization to work in Germany
Based in Germany or able to relocate within 3 months
Nice to have: background in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or forward-deployed roles
Nice to have: prior hands-on engineering experience
Nice to have: experience supporting production software launches
Nice to have: experience in high-growth or early-stage environments
