About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in a dynamic two-year Finance Rotation Program
  • Complete three immersive 8-month rotations
  • Gain experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Strategic Business Partnership, and Corporate Finance & Accounting
  • Perform financial forecasting and investor support
  • Contribute to Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting and policy implementation
  • Relocate to one of Woodward's U.S. sites for each rotation
  • Complete accredited coursework, professional skills training, and leadership development seminars
  • Participate in mentorship, regular performance reviews, and exposure to Woodward leadership
  • Execute routine financial tasks using established procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments
  • Apply foundational finance theories and practices
  • Report project progress and task outcomes to senior team members
  • Resolve standard technical and financial issues using predefined methods and guidelines
  • Begin with an immersive onboarding experience on June 7, 2027

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Candidates must complete their undergraduate degree by May of 2027
  • Understanding and applying fundamental finance principles
  • Preference for candidates with experience using SAP S/4HANA or similar enterprise resource planning software
  • Effective communication and comprehension verification
  • Problem-solving using established procedures
  • Time management and project deadline management
  • Team collaboration

  • Adaptability to new disciplines and standardized procedures
