About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements under supervision
Participate in stakeholder interviews
Create and maintain documentation for platform configurations, processes, and procedures
Assist in writing test cases and executing test plans
Assist with system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Support solution design by documenting workflows and participating in design sessions
Support senior analysts in configuring SAP QM modules to meet business requirements
Communicate system changes to users with guidance
Assist in training sessions and gather user feedback
Assist in testing and deploying software
Help track bugs and perform basic troubleshooting
Learn development lifecycle processes
Help resolve basic platform-related issues for end-users and ensure smooth operation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Foundational understanding of enterprise systems (SAP S/4 HANA)
Ability to navigate SAP systems and perform basic configurations
Familiarity with SAP QM modules
Basic understanding of data structures, system navigation, and integration concepts
Basic ability to configure enterprise solution settings under guidance
Ability to write and execute test scenarios and test cases
Ability to support user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect tracking
Ability to identify and document issues
Awareness of core business processes such as engineering, procurement, sales, finance, manufacturing, and HR
Ability to manage personal tasks and deadlines
All applicants must be U.S. Persons under ITAR/EAR or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or Department of Commerce
