Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Experience managing complex projects
  • Experience relocating large equipment between plants
  • Leadership, mentoring, conflict resolution, and team motivation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple project schedules, set milestones, and prioritize competing demands
  • Stakeholder communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Risk identification, analysis, mitigation, and contingency planning
  • Complex problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Project budget estimation, allocation, and management
  • Cross-functional/matrix team management
  • Scope and change management
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
  • Experience using project management tools/software such as Planisware or Jira
  • Knowledge of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Gantt charts
  • Must be a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR or eligible to obtain required U.S. Department of State and/or Department of Commerce authorizations
