About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the supplier request for quote/solicitation process
- Engage internal stakeholders to document requirements and convey solicitation requirements to suppliers
- Participate in and support strategic supply chain initiatives and continuous improvement activities
- Communicate and collaborate with suppliers and vendors to manage orders, resolve issues, and ensure timely procurement of materials
- Enter and maintain accurate supply chain data in the system
- Generate regular reports to track performance metrics and identify improvement areas
- Run reports, aggregate data, and develop a cohesive narrative around reported data
- Manage orders and coordinate logistics
- Facilitate transactional processes
- Support Coupa procure-to-pay processes, including requisitions, purchase orders, approval workflows, receiving, and invoice discrepancies
- Troubleshoot Coupa transactions and approvals; document resolution steps and coordinate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, and IT
- Support user training and job aids
- Support supplier onboarding and Coupa Supplier Portal inquiries
- Validate supplier and transaction information and coordinate corrections with authorized data owners
- Use system reports and Excel to track open transactions, identify discrepancies and recurring issues, and communicate follow-up actions
- Support testing of process or system changes by documenting scenarios, results, and issues
- Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and maintain supply chain flow
- Analyze data to optimize supply chain processes and improve efficiency
- Address customer inquiries and concerns
- Track orders, manage documentation, and process information accurately
- Collaborate with various departments to coordinate activities and achieve supply chain goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of purchasing or sourcing processes preferred
- COUPA experience preferred
- This position requires use of information subject to ITAR and/or EAR
- Must be a U.S. Person within the meaning of ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce
- U.S. Person includes a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder), or protected person (asylee or refugee)
