About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Transform the existing interactive prototype into a responsive, mobile-optimized, production-ready frontend interface
Design and implement backend architectures, scalable REST and/or GraphQL APIs, and reliable data services
Ingest, normalize, and process property data feeds from external sources such as CREA DDF / MLS
Implement market opportunity scoring, property comparison tools, and offer pricing calculators
Integrate automated document generation and e-signature services for contract workflows
Model relational databases, optimize complex queries, and manage high-volume transactional data
Set up and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and basic observability tooling
Collaborate directly with the founder on technical strategy, architecture, and end-to-end product delivery
Participate in technical, cultural-fit, and final interview stages as part of the selection process

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in full stack software development across modern frontend and backend architectures
Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as React, HTML, CSS, and mobile-first responsive design
Solid experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Python, or equivalent technologies
Experience with RESTful or GraphQL API design, integration, and external third-party service consumption
Strong experience with relational databases, schema design, and query optimization in cloud environments
Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, Docker containerization, and CI/CD workflows
Advanced English proficiency is mandatory
Must be based in Latin America
Bonus: Experience integrating real estate data feeds such as MLS or CREA DDF, or familiarity with the Canadian real estate market
Bonus: Experience integrating LLM/AI APIs or implementing ML-based scoring models
Bonus: Exposure to automated document generation and e-signature APIs such as DocuSign
Bonus: Availability for time-zone alignment with Toronto (EST)
