About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide general support and assistance to the selected department
- Work on special projects aligned with stated interests and career goals
- Support the development, curation, organization, and distribution of instructional resources for staff, faculty, and students
- Maintain training and attendance records
- Input data and verify information is keyed accurately and in a timely manner
- Create and organize analytical reports and presentations
- Perform administrative and clerical duties and provide general office assistance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be a current National University student
- Must have completed a current FAFSA
- Ability to work up to 25 hours per week with a varied schedule
- Must be willing and able to handle material in a confidential manner
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to complete projects in a timely manner
- Outstanding organizational and critical thinking skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a team of diverse cultures
- Adaptability to work independently within a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and frequently changing priorities
