About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Conduct one-on-one consultations
  • Support webinars and instructional sessions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree in Library Science (MLS/MLIS) from an ALA-accredited institution
  • 3+ years of professional librarian experience
  • Strong reference, research, and customer service skills
  • Experience in academic libraries and/or online library services preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and technology skills
  • Experience with Springshare LibAnswers is a plus
  • Availability Sunday through Thursday
  • Availability until 8:00 PM Pacific on Sundays
  • Availability until 9:00 PM Pacific Monday through Thursday
  • Must be available to work Pacific Time Zone hours
