About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver the first agents to production with the Product Managers, starting with brief creation and transitioning from Product Management to design, then extending this across the rest of the product lifecycle.
Shape the shared architecture and standards— orchestration, skills, memory, evaluations, and guardrails—across both product lines.
Own the agents’ production quality: observability, testing, security, and costs, with human approval at every key stage.
Co-design with Product Managers, understand how they work, reuse their automations, and deliver small iterations.
Measure time saved, the time from customer signal to delivered decision, cost per agent and per feature, then eliminate anything that does not add value.
Share agent development practices so the team can build, operate, and improve agents independently.
Collaborate daily with the Product Operations team, the AI Software Development Life Cycle team, Product Managers, and the Senior AI Developer on the Data team.
Shape the architecture and turn a Slack proof of concept into a production standard.

Requirements

What you’ll need

English proficiency is required, as you will regularly collaborate with colleagues, customers, and partners who speak a language other than French.
Strong experience in production engineering across the full agent development lifecycle.
Hands-on experience designing and deploying multi-agent systems—including orchestration, tools, context, and memory—integrated with tools such as Slack, Atlassian, and MCP.
Experience instrumenting and evaluating systems, including evaluations, observability, regression testing, and cost tracking.
Strong architectural judgment regarding reliability, security, and costs, including selecting the right model for the right task, and the confidence to form and defend a technical opinion.
Experience creating components or tools that others adopt.
Strong product sense: understanding how Product Managers work and building with users.
Enjoy building as part of a team and helping people change how they work by sharing your practices.
Builder mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and daily use of AI-assisted development tools, combined with critical thinking.
Nice to have: experience in product management or with a B2B SaaS, HR, or IT product.
