About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own a whole product area end-to-end, from framing the problem through shipping and monitoring learnings

Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years designing complex software for businesses, with shipped work you owned from the first question to the last detail
- Systems thinking: design the whole journey and think about what happens next
- Judgment to make difficult-to-reverse design decisions
- Weekly habit of talking to real customers and using their behavior to guide direction
- Ability to articulate and defend design rationale to designers, engineers, and executives
- Fluency using AI in your workflow
- Ability to refine and polish work directly in the real product and push changes to production
- Comfort working without a clear brief and learning in the open
- Experience designing for IT, security, data, or expert-user audiences is a bonus
