About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead development and management of Client relationships and management services for a diverse mixed-use property portfolio
- Help manage property managers, support staff, and onsite teams
- Collaborate with senior leadership on storage, budgeting, and long-term planning
- Lead portfolio matters including monthly Client reporting, quarterly KPI reporting, overseas compliance and health and safety, and environmental data collation
- Support the Client Lead with client liaison, reporting, and management initiatives across a nationwide portfolio
- Ensure consistent quality and brand standards across the portfolio
- Ensure onsite statutory compliance and maintain records
- Monitor safety standards and coordinate risk mitigation strategies
- Oversee service quality and reporting delivered by the team, including regional surveyors
- Manage annual insurance renewal and recharge premiums
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive capital improvement planning
- Ensure tenant satisfaction and retention through excellent team service
- Resolve escalated tenant concerns and oversee portfolio service quality
- Manage and mentor Property Management Surveyors and set SMART objectives
- Provide training to support team members through their RICS qualification
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members
- Assist the Partner with HR-related matters
Requirements
What you’ll need- MRCIS is preferred or similarly qualified with experience managing a similar property portfolio
- Experience delivering inspirational leadership and managing and supporting a team
- Excellent and professional communication skills with gravitas amongst Clients
- Experience leading client relationships and delivering excellent customer service
- Passion, ambition, and a strong work ethic
- Strong financial, business, and commercial acumen to manage budgets and resources profitably
