About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage an assigned portfolio of clients
  • Provide expert HR support across employee relations, change programmes and people initiatives
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted partner
  • Manage complex disciplinary, grievance, appeal, redundancy and TUPE processes
  • Support organisations through change management projects
  • Advise senior leaders and develop people strategies
  • Support client training, development and recruitment needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Senior-level HR experience
  • Experience managing complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, appeal, redundancy and TUPE processes
  • Experience leading change programmes
  • Experience developing people strategies
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation
  • Pragmatic approach to applying employment legislation and best practice
  • High aptitude for technology
  • Strong client relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused culture
