About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and service quality

Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience delivering business improvement, transformation, operational excellence or continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience improving processes and driving measurable business outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- A data driven approach to problem solving
- Experience working alongside technology teams to deliver digital, automation or AI-led improvements
- Lean or Six Sigma experience would be an advantage
- Confidence to work independently and lead projects with minimal supervision
- Experience within professional services, consultancy or other fast paced, growth focused environments would be advantageous
- Comfortable spending time in an Axiom office when needed to work alongside colleagues, stakeholders and project teams
